Our mission and purpose are to help the unseen and overlooked become seen and overbooked. We accomplish this by being accountable for what we say, staying committed to our process and challenging the status quo. As an exclusive mother agency, we understand that all we can control is our effort and our attitude. We are not fast, we are thorough; taking the necessary time to develop talent, review contracts and create meaningful relationships with talent and agencies. We work throughout many markets, and we understand that we are successful because we operate within a familial network. At the helm of our family sits our Founder and Agency Director Zakariae Elkhoudimi and our CEO and Scouting Director Rhyan Atrice.

Almost a Decade ago, Zach had the dream, determination, and dedication to start his own mother agency. Without any support he set out to create a business that would reflect his core values and foundational principles of duty and purpose. With a background built from being a successful model, he uses his diplomatic skills to identify and select a few strong talent, many of which are still working with Emporio Models to this day. While laying a firm foundation Zach was able to utilize one of his best skills, his ability to identify integrity and resolve with who initially was just his primary scout Rhyan. Who is now Zach’s business partner and lifelong friend. With a career in entertainment that spans nearly two decades and having held many titles, such as: model, management talent, trainer, New Face Director, APA director, international model, and now agency owner; Rhyan has amassed a great wealth of experience which has given him a warrior’s character. When coupled with Zach’s intuition and vision has created a team that is both ferocious and gentle.

Emporio wants to be the embers of change that allows models, clients, photographers, mother agencies and full-service agencies alike to operate with integrity. Through our words and deeds, we encourage: honest communication, integrity in action, and the enforcement of our contracts.
